Local Woman Charged With Child Neglect In Clarksville
Clarksville Police Department officers arrested two people Wednesday following an inquiry about possible child abuse.
The investigation discovered the presence of an 18-month-old child with visible injuries to include: a broken arm, bruising around the thighs and face, and burn marks.
Michelle Ann Douglas, 23, who gave a 117 Hw. Coal Rd., Caryville, Tn. address, was charged with Aggravated Neglect/Endangerment and Accessory After The Fact. Bond set: $500,000.
